After aging, when the liquid is dumped out of the barrel, a certain amount of whiskey is left trapped within the wood of every barrel.
We call that the "Devil's Cut."
Devil’s Cut Club started off with a different name in a different time. It was to be a whisky distillery tour business.
Prior to Covid in 2020 after spending a few years making a business plan and gathering all the information I needed to make that happen.
When Covid came around, I had to rethink my entire plan and although I had gained a minimal amount of experience about the whisky industry over the years up to this point.
I now feel like I have gained a small understanding of whisky, the passion of the people that create it and work in the industry and I want to promote that to as many people as possible.
