Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Devil’s Cut Club. If you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns process.

Conditions for Returns:

1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact.

3. Alcohol products must not be opened or consumed to be eligible for return.

4. Perishable items such as wine or spirits with damaged seals cannot be returned.

5. Returns are not accepted for personalized or customized products unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at hello@devilscutclub.shop to initiate the return process.

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

4. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

5. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds:

1. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

2. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged product.

3. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any discounts or promotions applied.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
